Salary and Benefits
Our compensation program leads that of many other nonprofits in this area. We've got great employee benefits, including:

We currently have 2 open continuous positions:
The Direct Service Advocate (DSA) is a part-time, non-exempt position working Saturday to Sunday between the hours of 12am and 8am. The Direct Service Advocate assists with screening, intake, assessment, crisis intervention and safety planning for victim of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking (DV/SA/ST). The DSA coordinates community resources and performs duties in coordination with a Case Manager.
The Relief Advocate is a part-time, non-exempt position providing relief to staff as needed. There are varying shifts and hours but will be expected to cover shifts between the hours of 12am and 8am. The Relief Advocate assists with screening, intake, assessment, crisis intervention and safety planning for victim of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking (DV/SA/ST). The DSA coordinates community resources and performs duties in coordination with a Case Manager.
