Front Desk/Administrative Assistant

AWAIC, Inc. currently has a position available for a part-time Front Desk/Administrative Assistant. Position is a 24 hours a week (three 8 hours days Thursday, Friday, Monday shift). AWAIC, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual with customer service experience to fill this position. Primary duties include answering and routing phone calls, screening and greeting visitors, and a variety of administrative work including handling cash and receipts. Direct Service Advocate Relief/On-call

AWAIC is looking for dedicated individuals to fill Direct Service Advocate Relief/On-call positions. Positions primarily work with domestic violence survivors in our emergency shelter. Relief/On call positions are part-time. Some weekend hours, evening or mid-night shifts available. Experience in domestic violence, social work, or crisis intervention preferred. This position is benefited, part-time, 30 hours per week, Friday 4:30pm-12:30am , Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm-12:30am , and Monday 4:30pm-12:30am . Experience in domestic violence, social work, or crisis intervention preferred. Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or bilingual skills is a plus. Pay is DOE.
